*Registration is FREE** if you work for a drug developer, research organization, or academic institution.

**Please note that credit card details will be taken upon registration, and a nominal fee of $0.50 charged. This amount is fully refundable at the end of the month in which the event takes place, provided you attend the event.

A drug developer, researcher or academic must have a pipeline candidate and/or work for an academic institution, and must not provide solutions or services for a fee to any other company. Free access is only granted once approval of eligibility is confirmed. Hanson Wade retain the right to reject or cancel your registration if eligibility criteria are not met. Hanson Wade reserves the right to charge free access guests a non-refundable charge of $100 if they do not attend the entire event if they fail to give 7 working days’ notice of non-attendance.
